  2. It is recommended to back up data to iCloud before restoring the device, saving files, apps, photos and videos to the cloud;
  3. Access the Settings app from the home screen or notification center;
  4. Tap General;
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Transfer or reset iPhone”;
  6. To reset iPhone to factory settings, tap “Erase Contents and Settings”;
  7. Enter your Apple ID passcode or password;
  8. The iPhone will enter restore mode and it may take a few minutes for all data to be erased;
